About Earnings Ninja
Earnings Ninja is a fast, mobile-first earnings tracker for delivery drivers
on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, GrubHub, and Shipt. Track every order, tip,
expense, and mile, then see your real net profit per hour and per mile.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I add an earning or expense?
- Tap the green + button at the bottom of the dashboard.
Pick the platform and entry type (Order, Bonus, Expense, or Cancellation),
enter the amount on the calculator, and tap Save. Tips are included in
the Order amount you enter.
- How does the iOS Home Screen widget work?
- After signing in, long-press your Home Screen, tap the +,
search for "Earnings Ninja", and add the small or medium widget. Each
quick-amount button on the widget instantly logs an entry to your account
without opening the app.
- How do I attach a receipt photo to an expense?
- When adding an Expense entry, tap 📷 Attach Receipt
and choose Take Photo or Choose from Library. The image is uploaded with
the entry and saved to your account.
- How do I track miles driven?
- You can enter miles manually when saving an entry, or use the in-app
GPS trip tracker which automatically calculates distance.
- How do I change the theme?
- Open Settings and tap one of the three theme cards
(Dark Neon, Simple Light, B/W Neon). The change is instant.
- I forgot my password — what now?
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter
your email, and we'll send you a reset link via Resend. The link is valid
for 1 hour.
- How do I delete my account and all my data?
- In the App, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account
and confirm twice. This permanently removes your account, all earnings
and expense entries, goals, settings, friend connections, achievements,
and password-reset tokens. This action cannot be undone.
- What devices and iOS versions are supported?
- iPhone running iOS 17 or later. The Home Screen widget requires iOS 17+.
- Does Earnings Ninja work offline?
- You need an internet connection to sign in and to save new entries. We
don't currently support full offline use.
- Are my earnings data shared with anyone?
- Never with advertisers. The only third parties that ever receive any
of your data are Resend (your email address, only when
sending a password-reset email) and Railway (our hosting
provider). We use no advertising or analytics SDKs. See our
